What data do we collect? 

We collect information from you or your organization from public data sites when a client of ours provides us permission to reach out to you related to a real estate closing or mortgage financing you may be part of. 

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and insurance information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously to review our services, news and publicly shared anonymized data.  


Use of information? 

Information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: 

In a risk review for a client, to complete verification, vetting, review and monitoring services we provide together with risk reporting to regulated and unregulated financial service providers. 

To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs) 

To process transactions based on client instruction and send periodic emails 

To confirm accuracy of representations of service providers and vendors within the real estate and mortgage ecosystem including payment details used for settlement.  

To personalize your or your firm’s user experience and to define rules in the workflows according to your regulatory requirements or needs. 

To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you) 

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested to banks, mortgage lenders, credit unions and other financial service providers, and also insurers who may have an interest in offering you products to meet regulatory and client risk requirements.

Protecting your information:

We do not store any credit card information, but we do securely store other sensitive information such as certain redacted bank information in secure databases. Our policy is to encrypt sensitive information as we collect it.  

We maintain cyber liability insurance coverage, crimes coverage and liability coverage in the event an unintended and unexpected breach of data occurs.
